Business Profile

We are a group of foreigners from Israel, with three generations of experience in the restaurant business, particularly in the fast food sector. We are arrived from abroad in order to bring Mumbai a new variety of fast food – vegetarian healthy food with a unique taste.

We joined hands with JB GROUP to open a chain of pure vegetarian fast food restaurants in Mumbai called FALAFEL'S.   
      
When the group decided to open a fast food chain, it became immediately apparent that the main kitchen would set the example for keeping high standards, regarding taste and quality of the food—in the hopes that the same level of expertise will be applied to every division of the chain.   
      
Therefore, we operate the main kitchen from Mumbai Central near Minerva Theatre. In this kitchen, all the food is prepared in a special machine which is imported from abroad. Additionally, there is also a modern bakery for baking fresh Pita breads alongside other tasty baked items. All of these food products are supplied twice a day to the chains by special vehicles that keep the food stored at the right temperature and quality.
